What is Karmakriti’s Cancellation Policy?

• Orders with personalized/customized products or perishable products including flowers and cookies, cannot be cancelled once the order is processed.

• Other orders that do not contain any personalized/customized products or perishable products, can be cancelled within 07 (seven) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• If any product is bought under sale, it is not cancellable.

Can I ask for a partial cancellation of my order?

We don’t allow partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not shipped, you can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If any item in your order is already shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.
