What is Karmakriti’s Cancellation Policy?

Orders with personalized/customized products or perishable products including flowers and cookies, cannot be cancelled once the order is processed.

Other orders that do not contain any personalized/customized products or perishable products, can be cancelled within 07 (seven) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If any product is bought under sale, it is not cancellable.

How do I cancel my order?

Can I ask for a partial cancellation of my order?
We don’t allow partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not shipped, you can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If any item in your order is already shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.
