1. Raise a Return Request:
To raise a return request, please write an email from your registered email ID to info@karmakriti.com. Please mention your order ID and contact details in the mail and also attach photographs of the item as proof. Our team will process your request, subject to our return policy. To raise a return request, you can also call our customer care number at +91 9674033900.
2. Click Product Images:
In your return request, please share 2-3 clear photographs of the item for which the request is being raised. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs. 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible The image file size should not exceed 5 MB
3. Evaluation & Pick-up:
Once we receive the images, Karmakriti Resolution team will connect with you within 48 hours. The return requests are evaluated by the Karmakriti Resolution team in consultation with the merchant and a technician visit may be scheduled (if required). Please note that the resolution will be provided basis the technician’s evaluation report. Return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the evaluation of the technician and your subsequent interaction with our Customer Support representative. Please retain the original packaging of the product along with any accompanying accessories, to ensure a successful pick-up. A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by our logistics partner from the original shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.
An item can be returned within 07 (Seven) days of delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria enumerated below. Return requests are not accepted after 07 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 working days from the date on which the returned item is received back by Karmakriti. If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, you will receive Karmakriti credits within 3-5 working days from the date on which the returned item is received back by Karmakriti.
Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, we will provide a refund, after successful collection and inspection of the product.
