Shipping and Tracking Policy

  • How long does Karmakriti take to deliver the products?

    You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pincodes, we deliver our orders within 5-7 business days in India and within 7-12 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders on remote pincodes.

 

  • Does Karmakriti charge for shipping?

    For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India. For international deliveries, we charge a shipping fee based on the country & product. For enhanced delivery options in India (midnight delivery etc), we charge a nominal fee. You can check the shipping charges & delivery time for all items on respective product pages.

 

  • Do I have to pay any other charges over and above my order value?

    For shipment sent outside India, certain exigencies may require recipient to pay additional charges over & above the order value. There are several interstate and international charges like octroi and custom duties, which if levied, will have to be borne by the recipient. These charges are usually very rare but are not in our control. They cannot be levied on certain products and are occasional in nature. But if your order is stuck with the interstate authorities or custom authorities, the recipient will have to bear these additional charges.

 

  • Will all the purchased items arrive on the same day?

    No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day. We ship our items from different locations directly to your delivery address. As a result, items shipped from the same warehouse, or the same vendor arrive together whereas items coming from different locations or different vendors may arrive separately.

 

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once your order is processed at our end, an email with the order details and the tracking ID will be sent to your registered email ID. In case our email could not reach your mail box, you can contact our customer care executive at +91 9674033900 or write to us at [email protected].

 

  • Does Karmakriti deliver products outside India?

    Yes, we deliver products across the Globe.

 

  • I have received a partial item/partial order or an untenanted/void packet. What should I do?

    In case of pilferage, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

    • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

    • You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

    • You may be required to share information like, short description of the case (a few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).

    • You will have to capture and share snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any) (try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged).

    • The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

    • You may not be liable for a refund, if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below:

    • Failure to reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order

    • Failure to provide adequate information about the case

    • Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)

    • You have used the item for which claim was raised

    • In case of a component missing from a multi-component item, only exchange return option would be provided basis serviceability and product type.
